That’s why we built these infrared heating lamps specifically for that tough, hostile environment. The whole point is simple: give you fast, focused heat—without sparks or leaks that could set off fumes.
Power, Voltage, and Fit: Made to Drop Right In
Here’s the thing: these lamps are built to be a straight swap. They run on 400V, which lines up with the high-voltage setup in most cleanroom heating systems. So you keep your wiring as-is. No rewiring the whole station. We size the tube to match your equipment footprint—usually around 300mm long. The wattage is tuned to hit the heat density you need for quick warm-up and steady temperature control. A 400V, 2500W setup gives you a lot of heat in a small space. But with that much power density comes heat. You have to plan the cooling path in the machine. If the area around the lamp gets too hot, performance and lifespan both suffer.
Built to Take the Heat: Halogen, Quartz, and the Right Fittings
Inside, the heating element uses halogen technology in a quartz envelope. Halogen keeps the filament stable at high temps and helps prevent blackening over time. Quartz handles thermal shock well and transmits infrared cleanly. We add a special protective coating and seal around the lamp body. That encapsulation is your safety shield—keeping harsh chemicals away from the hot filament and preventing any internal arcing from getting out. And the connectors matter when you’re out there on the floor. We use R7s and SK15 fittings because they lock in place, carry the current, and don’t loosen with vibration. They’re made for fast swap-outs when you need to keep things moving.

When you’re upgrading cleanroom equipment, you need heat that’s fast, dependable, and safe near flammable cleaning fluids. These infrared lamps come up to temperature quickly with focused energy, which shortens warm-up time and helps keep your process windows tight.
