You need enough heat to get those resins to bond properly, but if you push too hard, you&amp;rsquo;re just scorching the timber. We make shortwave infrared (IR) lamps that hit that sweet spot. And since we make them ourselves, you aren&amp;rsquo;t paying some middleman to mark up the price.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Let&amp;rsquo;s talk power.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;It all comes down to heat flux. We build our lamps with a high wattage-to-length ratio because we want your surface to hit curing temp in seconds. Minutes are for baking cakes, not for a production line.&#xA;If you go with a high-voltage setup, you get a smaller footprint and less strain on your wiring. But here is the catch: your power supply has to match the lamp&amp;rsquo;s voltage exactly. If it&amp;rsquo;s off, you&amp;rsquo;re looking at a bad day—either the finish won&amp;rsquo;t cure, or the filament just pops.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The gear under the hood&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use heavy-wall quartz glass. Why? Because these lamps cycle on and off fast, and cheap glass can&amp;rsquo;t handle that kind of thermal shock.&#xA;Most of our units use R7s or SK15 connectors. They&amp;rsquo;re standard for a reason. When a tube eventually goes, you just pop a new one in and keep moving. No downtime, no headaches.&#xA;Some of our lamps also have special coatings. Instead of just heating up the air above the floor, these coatings push the heat deeper into the coating layer where it actually belongs.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Setting it up on the shop floor&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;If you&amp;rsquo;re putting these into a curing tunnel, don&amp;rsquo;t skip the reflectors. Use polished aluminum. If you don&amp;rsquo;t, you&amp;rsquo;re basically wasting 40% of your heat by sending it straight into the ceiling.&#xA;We build these things to survive. They can take the dust and the constant vibration of a busy factory. Just a heads-up: these lamps put out a massive amount of ambient heat. Make sure your exhaust system can actually pull that air away, or you&amp;rsquo;ll start seeing your conveyor parts warp. And nobody wants that.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
